With continuous research and technical upgrade, Auweiaramid possesses independent intellectual right of whole set of aramid production technology from polymerization, solvent recycle to filaments spinning and processing.
Currently AFChina is able to supply over 3000 tons of high-strength and high-modulus para-aramid from 200 to 3000 Denier, which are widely used in hoses, optical cable, tyre cords and bulletproof. Processed fiber products, such as staple fiber, short-cut fiber, pulp, honeycomb are also available at 500 tons per year.
Our History
Collaboration with Tsinghua University was initiated in 2011 to carry out technical research and development of para-aramid fibers.
Industrialization of para-aramid was achieved, and it reached international advanced level as evaluated by expert accomplishments.
Mass production of high-strength, high-modulus, fine denier, solution-dyed para- aramid products has been achieved.
To achieve a breakthrough in annual production exceeding 5,000 tons of meta-aramid, para-aramid, and related products.
Projects such as PSA fiber and honeycomb composites have settled in the Sinoara Advanced Materials Industrial Park in Dongying Economic Development Zone.
The Shanghai Research and Development Center and Sales Center were established, along with the joint establishment of the High-Performance Fiber Research Institute with Donghua University.
The production capacity of para-aramid fibers has exceeded 6,000 tons. The production capacity of meta- aramid fibers has exceeded 4,500 tons. The production capacity of PSA fibers has exceeded 1,500 tons.
